Notes from use — The mud comes creamy and beige, a full stone of it inside thirty seconds. It drinks, but it forgives: water added in a rush just makes more sauce. When the mud thickens it can pull lightly at the blade, a moment of suction — a splash frees it. More water is the friend here.
